providers available via the internet. Over the past
two decades we have built many of these plans and are quite familiar
with several of the design providers. We are able to help our customers
locate and select the plan that works best for them.
* Licensed Agent -Work
with RGL Builders, Inc., to find the perfect plan for you. RGL Builders,
Inc., is a member of several premier builder programs that give us access
to a wider selection of plans and designs from across
the country. Our customers may choose from many innovative
and unique plans, along with traditional plans – combine our experience
with their ideas and select, modify, or design the
plan that meets their needs and requirements.
* Existing Plan Modification
- RGL Builders, Inc., will work with you to customize
any existing plan to meet your needs, wants and/or desires.

Pricing
and Contracting Options
It is crucial for you, our customer, to feel
comfortable with the financial aspects of your project.
If it is a Custom Home, room addition or
remodeling project, we offer a few different options for you to choose
from.

Fixed Price Contract

Cost/Plus

| Fixed Price Contract-
With a fixed price contract arrangement both parties agree to a predetermined
dollar amount for the project. With this option, any changes made to the
project will be adjusted with a change order if additional work is required
or a credit when an item is deleted or found to be unnecessary. |
Cost Plus Contract
-
With a cost plus contract our customers agree to pay the cost of materials,
labor and subcontractors plus a percentage for overhead and profit for
us - the builder.

Advantages-
Our customers get copies of all invoices and receipts for the entire project
which show exactly what was paid for every item that goes into the project.
They are able to take advantage of the purchasing power of the contractor
and purchase many items at "Builders Prices" which are usually less than
regular "Retail Pricing". They never have to wonder what kind of
a mark up the contractor is making on any part of the project. |
| Dis-advantages

Additional work often cost more due to additional paperwork, contract change
orders, time delays etc. Because of the possibilities of unforeseen problems
the contractor has to factor in a higher cost to cover the "What If's"
and our customers inevitably pay a little more than may be absolutely necessary. |
Dis-advantages

Total project costs are subject to change during the project and are not
accurately realized until the end of the project. Even though a working
budget is developed prior to construction, final cost of the project is
not determined until the end. |
